You are the Senior Data Analyst: you have experience with Data Analytics, Data Virtualization, and you are at home supporting a team of like-minded Data Geeks.

Responsibilities

  • Fetch and thoroughly analyze operational and client data
  • Develop and encourage the adoption of PowerBI reporting
  • Support the data automation process and encourage innovation in 5CA’s data information structure
  • Support and mentor a growing team of Data Analysts and Jr Data Analysts, prior leading experience preferred
  • Proactively provide root-cause analysis and improvements analysis based on data to various Operations Stakeholders

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in the field of data analytics, as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst; you are ready to hit the ground running; 
  • Business acumen: you understand a growing company’s needs, and can help empower and enable us to grow further by utilizing data effectively
  • The ability to take data sets and extract valuable insights to help optimize various business processes
  • A working knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Python, Star model, Power BI or Tableau
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Business, Computer Science, or similar
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
