The job

This is where you apply your passion for tech, by delivering solutions in tools such as Zendesk and Microsoft's Power Platform. Here at 5CA we don't develop from scratch but instead, we creatively combine, configure and integrate best-of-breed cloud products to deliver our powerful CX platform. You will join a team of like-minded people who enjoy learning & applying new stuff and speaking with business colleagues to learn and meet their needs. Act as "The" voice and expert in your field and specialism. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members
  • Take the lead on big 5CA projects, handle escalations, and work with high-level stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain core business applications, including translating business processes into application flows
  • Create automation and integrations between internal and client business applications on platforms like Zendesk, Purecloud, etc
  • Proactive consulting on core business applications, both internally and externally
  • Support internal lines of business with their tools such as Verint, Playvox, etc
  • Build new CX Tech products by proactively identifying client needs and solving interesting CX problems

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and integrating software solutions
  • Experience working with programming languages like C# or Python
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying and optimizing CX tech
  • Zendesk Administrator Certification or hands-on experience with Zendesk Administrator would be valued
  • Familiar with Low-code and automation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated strength with complex problem decomposition.
