Salesforce and other sales tools have no secrets for you, you know exactly how to use them in the best way possible. You will ensure that we have the right tools and processes in place, and come up with innovative ideas and suggestions to realize our business goals.


Your job

5CA has been experiencing double digit growth throughout the past few years, which means that our sales department has grown at a rapid pace as well. As we anticipate further growth, there is a strong need to put a solid structure in place for our sales team. As an integral part of our sales team located at our HQ in Utrecht, the Netherlands, you will support your colleagues by driving consistency and operational excellence in the sales team. You also continuously align between the sales team and other departments to develop, maintain, and expand a library of sales tools and materials. You will report to our Sales Manager located in The Netherlands.


Responsibilities

  • You ensure that we use our sales tech stack to it's fullest, aligning sales processes with available technology
  • You take ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimizing pricing calculators and sales reports, which you translate into actionable insights
  • You ensure an up-to-date sales materials library, such as presentations, videos, case studies, and various templates
  • You keep a variety of sales documentation up to date, such as forecasting, training and budget files.

Job requirements

This is you

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales operations and preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • You have ample experience optimizing CRM usage, preferably in Salesforce
  • You are creative, tech savvy and hands on
  • You have an intrinsic drive to analyze and solve problems
