Sales Operation Specialist

Job description


As Sales Controller you will have a steady learning curve as you carve out our sales operations strategy, analyze market trends, and ensure continuous performance and growth.

The job

You should have passion for data and reports, be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and be able to take ownership of dashboard creation in our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. You are a proactive person who supports the sales team in every day tasks and operations, helping the team achieve more with less effort. You do this, for example, by analyzing sales data and coming up with ideas and suggestions to improve our sales processes.

You will also be the first point of contact for our Enablement, Data, Marketing, Finance departments. You will continuously align between the sales team and the available tools, ensuring that your colleagues are getting the most out of their day. In addition to being the business owner of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, you will also ensure that the sales and marketing pipeline is managed and forecasted well, so that it aligns with our sales and marketing goals.



  • You are responsible for sales reports, analysis and budgets for the year, forecasting for the future and communicating them effectively to the stakeholders.
  • You manage and coordinate with the teams for various commercial initiatives, planning, proposal and execution.
  • You make sure that our CRM is being used in the best way possible, you own it functionally and you optimize where necessary.
  • You will own the pricing models, pipeline monitoring from CRM for Sales & Marketing Department.
  • You manage our sales documentation that is building up a contract template, coming up with the pricing proposals and sales solutions.
  • You analyze sales data and creates reports, monitor and report transparently to improve our sales performance and support towards sales and account management.

    Job requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience as Sales Report or Sales Controller or in a similar role.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Prior experience with reporting and analysis.
    • A solid knowledge of and hands on experience with Excel and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
    • Fluent English, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
