As Sales Controller you will have a steady learning curve as you carve out our sales operations strategy, analyze market trends, and ensure continuous performance and growth.
You should have passion for data and reports, be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and be able to take ownership of dashboard creation in our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. You are a proactive person who supports the sales team in every day tasks and operations, helping the team achieve more with less effort. You do this, for example, by analyzing sales data and coming up with ideas and suggestions to improve our sales processes.
You will also be the first point of contact for our Enablement, Data, Marketing, Finance departments. You will continuously align between the sales team and the available tools, ensuring that your colleagues are getting the most out of their day. In addition to being the business owner of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, you will also ensure that the sales and marketing pipeline is managed and forecasted well, so that it aligns with our sales and marketing goals.
