As our Recruitment Business Partner you will work closely with hiring managers and advise the business on how we can land the right talent. You’ll lead our expansion for experienced staff across Sales, Marketing, Data insights, HR and Finance. Acting as the first filter in the application process, you’ll streamline by sourcing and selecting candidates that are likely to make it to the final round.
We are looking at approximately twenty-five staff vacancies for 2019. To fill these there’s lots to do: job marketing, managing the pre-selection, conducting first-round interviews and managing the process through to acceptance. But that’s not where your role ends. Next to sourcing and selection, you will connect to your target audience by championing your employer branding skills. Teaming up our enthusiastic marketing team, you enhance our landing page, co-create compelling content, and boost our visibility as an employer of choice.
As our Recruitment Business Partner you’ll have true ownership to shape recruiting practices, such as our onboarding- or referral program, or our selection & assessment procedures. But you’re not in this alone! You’ll be part of our global recruitment team where your three international colleagues focus on recruitment for our customer support agents.

A salary between 40-50K gross, depending on your background and exposure;
