We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s enthusiastic about digging deep into our users’ needs and bringing brand-new product features to market


The job

Your primary focus will be the candidate experience. We pride ourselves on our global vetted pool of multilingual CS talent. We onboard and assesses talent in a frictionless, self-service environment. We research, test and develop features that enable us to assess our candidates at a high standard, without harming conversion. And always with UX in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Increase adoption and improve user experience of the Cocoroco platform, with a focus on the candidate experience
  • Own the candidate roadmap and backlog to deliver against it - manage expectations, advise on feasibility, and ensure goals and timelines are clear and realistic
  • Look to multiple data sources to populate and prioritise your backlog: turning user, stakeholder and business needs into clear requirements
  • Day-to-day coordination and management of backlog delivery with our development partner
  • Contribution towards a positive company culture of mutual support and further development in the growth of Cocoroco

Job requirements

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership of a software-based product (but we also give highly motivated career starters a chance)
  • You have ample experience with Agile methodology, preferably Scrum
  • You have great stakeholder management skills
  • You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, UI and UX design
  • Results oriented and user focused – you focus on things that make a difference to our users
  • Driven by data not opinions, and at ease interpreting data (we’re fostering a data-driven decision-making culture)
