You ensure a safe environment for colleagues, clients, and customers, by designing and implementing credible security measures - you stay ahead of the game and keep evil out!

 
The job

You are responsible for ensuring that our information is safe. You do so by identifying weaknesses in our defenses, by conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests and audits. Once you find these weaknesses, you design and implement security measures to remove them. You are also responsible for managing and improving any security measures that we have in place, including technical, procedural and behavioral measures. Your tools include network monitoring, authentication mechanisms, SIEM, endpoint security, security guidelines and staff education. Lastly, you work on your own knowledge and skill development to make sure you are on top of security trends. 

 

Responsibilities

  • You identify and meet information security requirements; design, implement and manage security measures 
  • You ensure that security incidents are identified and managed as quickly as possible, and produce RCAs as necessary
  • You continuously improve our information security systems, ensuring  and practice; exploiting new knowledge and opportunities to learn
  • Conduct security reviews and audits
  • Support the business to respond to customer security-related queries.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience securing cloud and in-office infrastructure
  • You have solid knowledge of and experience with vulnerability analyses, penetration tests and security incident management
  • Experience in information security standards, and at least one security certification
  • You are analytical, systematic, and a born problem-solver
  • You are an excellent communicator and know how to persuade people.
