You play a vital role in 5CA employee’s experience by carrying responsibility for a wide range of HR and administrative assignments. You are the linking pin between our back office and our human capital.
As a HR Administrator with a focus on (but not exclusively) our human capital based in Germany, you will spend your time executing and improving various HR and administrative tasks. You are responsible for HR related tasks such as on-boarding, payrolling, employee care, prolongation and termination. As a HR professional, you understand the delicate balance between managing people and managing HR/legal requirements. It's not just about making sure that we are compliant and organized, it's also about ensuring our employees' well being.
