CX Tech Consultant Remote in North America

Your job:

You have a passion for technology and you love helping clients. It’s your goal to help our clients optimize their customer experience in different areas. You combine this with the right tools and well thought-through processes to ensure a frictionless process for our customers. You are deeply involved in building our relationship with technology partners, and you make sure that you are always up to date on new developments in the CX tech space.


Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Configuration & troubleshooting of Zendesk and other CX platforms.
  • Consult with clients to optimize their tools and underlying processes.
  • Work closely with sales & account managers to assist with solution crafting and RFPs.
  • Join client meetings as a subject matter expert to build trust and identify opportunities.
  • Build and expand our CX Tech consultancy offering 


    Job requirements


    This is you:

    • A self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to grow, with demonstrable client-facing experience and good interpersonal skills.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Zendesk Support Suite.
    • Experience with other ticketing platform, like Helpshift, Salesforce Service Cloud, Kustomer, and related tools (for example Quiq, ScoreBuddy) are a big plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Experience with implementing and integrating software solutions, and working with languages such as JavaScript or C# and leveraging HTML, CSS, SQL.
